How We Work
Deep Work
We conduct regular “deep work” sessions with our whole team for creative and strategic projects. This allows us time to step out of our routine to consider our goals and to feed novel, bold ideas into the campaign stream. Every week, each team member schedules their own “deep work” sessions to focus on individual idea generation, thorough reasoning and original concepts.
Prototype, Prototype, Prototype
For large-scale design projects, we outline what deliverables are needed, assign accountability for each, and go to work. We encourage our team to iterate often—multiple copy drafts, multiple low-fidelity sketches and multiple prototypes for each idea. We have internal reviews as a team before finalizing or delivering design ideas to our clients. We share most of our work in progress on Slack or Basecamp internally and with clients, so that we can break down barriers and increase input throughout the process.
We Take Initiative
We don’t rest on our laurels. When we see a need that should be filled, we aren’t afraid to be proactive.
