A social media blitz for a fundraising event
In 2013 we partnered with the International Rett Syndrome Foundation (IRSF), a non-profit organization dedicated to finding a cure for Rett syndrome, a neurological disorder that affects 1 in 10,000 babies, primarily girls. The disorder gradually inhibits a child’s ability to speak, express emotion, and even prevents basic functions like chewing and swallowing. In September we launched a social media blitz for Hustle 4 A Cure, the IRSF’s fundraiser, to drive more awareness and engagement for the event. Although Rett syndrome is a devastating diagnosis, many families affected by the disorder have come together through IRSF to fight for a cure. We are working with IRSF to complement IRSF’s proactive offline community with a state-of-the art digital media presence in 2014.
