We are looking to add a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong e-commerce, paid advertising, and analytics background to our team in Boston, MA. Our office is across the street from South Station – a convenient commute from just about everywhere.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for directing our paid digital and e-commerce efforts, and will have a direct say in client strategy. You’ll work extensively with our creatives, clients and agency partners to bring campaigns to life, to drive product purchases and event registrations, and improve the online presence of world-class client companies.

Want to be pigeon-holed at a desk where you will only be responsible for one thing? This is not that job. We take a collaborative, team approach to innovative client work. You’ll wear multiple hats and work with several clients on multiple projects.

If you’ve held a digital marketing job (or potentially internships) where you have learned a lot about digital advertising, customer acquisition and/or digital campaigns, that’s ideal. We prefer someone who can hit the ground running, but if you have a related technical or engineering background you may able to catch on quickly.


Develop and oversee paid advertising campaigns to achieve business goals

Optimize customer acquisition funnels

Work with creative team to optimize UX for improved conversions

Monitor ROI and KPIs, and prepare analytics reports

Assist with CRM management, targeting and segmentation

Help prepare email marketing campaigns


A Bachelor’s degree is required

Preferably 2-3 years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, digital advertising

Familiarity with SEO/SEM is helpful

Oodles of initiative and motivation

Attention to detail

Knowledge of CRM and Email marketing (Mailchimp, Salesforce, Eloqua, etc.)

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising

Bonus Points: HTML, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite,

Salary range is expected to be $45-65k, depending on experience.
