Supporting the mission of Hormel Vital Cuisine™ at New York's Central Park
Our Goal
Raise awareness of good nutrition during cancer treatment by introducing patients and those needing to rebuild after treatment to a line of products specific to their needs.
The Event
Attention Span’s Hormel Vital Cuisine™ team traveled to American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in Central Park to represent Hormel Health Labs. The Central Park event was 1 of 5 nationwide that we sent our team to, to ensure that no one walked alone.
We arrived at 5:30am to set up our tent, preparing it to receive thousands of visitors. We hit the ground running, handing out samples of Vital Cuisine to walk participants and engaging them about the products. More than 60,000 people passed by our tent. We heard stories of their struggles and successes, explained the development of Hormel Vital Cuisine™ products and experienced moments of true inspiration: seeing current patients, survivors, caregivers and entire families dressed(in pink!) and walking to support the cause.
